Unlocks at level 9
Becomes unstoppable and leaps up to throw a giant water shuriken toward the designated circular location, damaging opposing Pokémon it hits on the way to the circular area of effect (from beyond the range of the user's close range auto attacks) and decreasing the movement speed of those hit by 50% for 2s. The user then suddenly appears on top of the water shuriken which immediately bursts, damaging opposing Pokémon in the circular area of effect again and throwing them.
Leaps off the burst water shuriken and becomes vulnerable to hindrances again as they jump down to the ground in the direction of their choosing.
